Without having to go to a specific stretching program, all modes can also stack the stretching function. And the airbag has seven intensity levels that can be adjusted, which can meet the needs of different people in the family, and I highly recommend it for people who need more airbag compression massage.

The 4D technology is the real deal. It feels like actual hands kneading into your muscles, not just rollers going up and down your back. And with the AI-powered adjustments, it’s like the chair learns exactly where you need the most attention.
I’m also a big fan of the heat and light therapy. It adds a wonderful warmth and really helps to loosen up those tight spots. Plus, the Bluetooth speakers are a nice touch. Nothing like listening to some calming music while you’re getting a massage!
My one minor quibble is that the foot massage could be a bit more intense. It’s definitely relaxing, but I wouldn’t mind a bit more pressure. Overall though, the OGAWA Master Sensei is an exceptional massage chair.
