Delivery timeframe – What is the delivery time?
After placing your order, you will be contacted by one of our team to discuss when we will be delivering your massage chair. Our delivery targets are based on working (NZ business) days that are Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am to 6pm, (excluding NZ public holidays). The day you purchase the item from our stores is counted as “day zero”. If you purchase the item from our stores on the weekend or a public holiday, day zero will be the next working day.
Saturday, Sunday and NZ public holidays are not counted during delivery, so if they occur during your items travel time, it may take longer.
If, there is no stock available at your chosen store, our team will transfer the stock from another store, or our distribution centre, to your local store free of charge. Transfers typically take approximately 5-10 working days and you will be contacted as soon as the item is in store and ready for collection.
We reserve the right to refuse orders or negotiate delivery fees.
Your massage chair will be delivered by a third party freight company in the areas where we do not have a store. You can find out how to do the installation from the Manual book or visit www.irelax.co.nz .
