Our Money Back Offer policy is a “voluntary” policy in addition to your statutory rights which is strictly applied for MASSAGE SOFA OR MASSAGE CHAIR ONLINE PURCHASE ONLY since you cannot try the products before you purchase. As such, we trust that all returns are made in good faith. If, however, we have reason to believe that this policy is being abused or that a return is otherwise not being made in good faith for whatever reason, we reserve the right to refuse to accept any returns under this policy. Our decision is final.        

Please note: 

All returned items will be subject to a restocking fee of 15% of the item’s final selling price. The re-stocking fee covers costs incurred from processing the order, warehouse handling charges and other things like the cost of the chair being checked upon return by a trained engineer and sanitized. 

This is a nominal fee as the total cost of the process is significantly higher than the re-stocking fee. Return shipping of the massage product must be paid for by the customer. 

Please follow the steps for refund:

1, Please email us at info@irelax.co.nz to arrange the return of your goods and to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation Number (RMA) within 30 days from your invoice date. We may require some photos or document to approve it. We are happy to advise you on the most cost-effective way to return your item to us.

Please note that all refunds are limited to the purchase price paid for the massage chair. No refunds will be given for delivery costs incurred by us and will be passed onto you. Which means you need to pay the freight to us for shipping the product to you if you decide to refund.

2, Goods must be returned fully disassembled and in a clean and as-new condition in their original packaging. Where goods are returned in damaged packaging or showing signs of excessive use, we will pass on to you any reasonable costs we incur in remedying the goods to a clean and as-new condition by deducting these costs from any purchase price refund. Soiled or damaged goods will be refused as an unacceptable return at our discretion subject to your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

All the free gifts or specials comes with the product will need to be returned along with the massage sofa/chair.
